So, i've been looking into memberships and membership drives from other clubs and wanted to discuss the Tiger's membership drive. I think it's been decent but some of the other clubs are a cut above. Was looking at the souths:

jeez, after looking through the site and the video I was just about ready to become a member myself :laughing:

Very well done, much better than the tiger's video. That was a little cheesy, but the music was very good. For comparison I think either souths or dogs got 2k members in 2 days while it took us a week for the same target. And looking through 2012 membership numbers they were very poor considering we were premiership faves. Around 10-11k.

Why is this and how can we/management improve it.
 
Like I said, we made the top 4 twice, just like the souths have, and were premiership faves in 2012 and still only got 11k members and 10k in 2013.

They're aiming for 32k and have gotten 3k in the last week or so.
 
Souths and the Bulldogs started focusing on membership drives in 2007\. They have a massive head-start.

Play all games at the stadium and triple your membership this is as easy as it is,don't worry the penny is dropping!.

You'd probably lose approx two thirds of our membership base moving to one ground, setting us back several years

While Im not against the one ground idea, and I again have opted for the stadium pkge only over traditional grounds membership ….plenty dont think the way we do
 
I only get a Leichhardt package. Wouldn't bother otherwise as I know I can buy a ticket at the ground at either ANZ or Allianz stadium - if I can be bothered going (particularly on a Friday night which is such a hassle)

No. Smart marketers look to get every possible person signing up they can. every number counts. I know plenty who haven't signed up because they can't. The rorters don't have this problem, and maybe look at Soufs fair weather members. If they lose a burgess they may stone the crow.
 
I swear I subbed as a member some time ago, guess I'll go double check then.

Anyway, put a link up to the membership sign-up page if you can.
 
I usually get season passes to all games and grounds.

But as I stated in the corporate post, packages doesn't really cater to what I need.

The corporate package is the closest. But also way too expensive.

Memberships up to 1550 on the main website ticker today. I haven't signed up yet because I only have the out-of-towners this year and am thinking of upgrading but want to see the draw first.
 
I'm not sure which one to get as of yet. Last season I got the SFS member ticket package and didn't end up going to any games there. Instead I was able to make all but one Campbelltown game and a Leichardt match. A package of entry to a few games at any venue would be perfect for me. I try to make as many games as I can but have a few other commitments.

Yeah, I'm a bit similar. I have young kids and live a decent drive from all the grounds used. My main criterion for whether I can attend games is the time they are played. Having a 6 game membership where you could go to any games of your choice would suit me best.
 
buy a 3 game membership and a few 'flexi' tickets. I think they work at any home game unless im mistaken, didn't look into it too much.
 
What is the 3 game membership? The only ones I see are combinations of 4 CSS/LO/ANZ games.
