Actually have been thinking a WTF catch up may be a good idea moving forward . Problem of course is we are spread far and wide and getting everyone to the same place on the same day would probably be a logistical nightmare.

Do it on a small scale, like a LO - CS. Meet at a pub and go from there. Don't have to sit with each other at game, just meet before or after game for a drink.

Absolutely great tigers player.
One thing I couldn't work out with him is he sported that bald nut but still taped his head. I know in this pic he's got a cut but he wore tape regardless in a lot of games.
Taping is if you've got long hair or if your a scrumager the tape helps stops cauliflower ears.

I know Carty well, he was my prop at St Marys before he went to grade. He was hard, but brusier definitely got the better of him. Plenty of players I know personally or played against in that Penrith side. Izzard was an arch enemy at work - he played for 8/12 and the Artillery Corps Team and I played for Gallipoli Engineers and The RAE Corps Team. Served in Malaysia with his brother a couple of years earlier.
