These are the kind of little things that can really brighten someone’s day. A little act of kindness, a positive comment or even a simple smile can mean so much, especially if someone is struggling. ❤️

I always try to be kind to elderly people. A simple hello and smile could be the only interaction they have all day. I know this older gentleman, single, no kids, it must be a very lonely existance.

She's actually someone I have found it hard to connect with, but this meant a lot. I need to let my walls down a little 😊

The elderly man I know is in hospital getting ECT because of bad depression 🙁

Sadly depression impacts the lives of so many elderly lonely people. I hope they can find the right meds & treatment to help him.

Mrs BF makes Carmel choc slice its better than Kibble’s and we share it around with all the local oldies. If I rotisserie a big bird I take half the chicken down to the old couple five doors down. They love it. It doesn’t take much to be nice and it goes a long way.
And every loves me bcoz I turn up at their door with caramel slice.
