Good move from dadThat photo was the day of the stabbing, the father & his young daughters had been in the centre when the stabbings occurred, the father grabbed the eye masks from a store to try to shield the girls from seeing the carnage when they were able to leave the centre. Such horrible scenes for anyone to witness.
Most definitelyI remember I came across a video on YT once of all the dead bodies after the Port Arthur massacre. I wasn’t looking for it, it just came up after a fell down a YT rabbit hole. It was very disturbing. There are people who enjoy that stuff though which I think is a bit sick. I remember a Podcaster I use to listen to say how he had to watch the footage of the guy who made a live video of his shooting spree in NZ a few years ago. You got something wrong with you if you are curious to watch that sort of rubbish.
Remember a few years ago there was that planking craze for about a month? Gradually more and more people tried to do it in the most dangerous places they could think of. One guy on the Gold Coast did it on his hotel room balcony, 20 or 30 storey‘s in up. And he fell. What a way to go.Most definitely
I sometimes see FB reels and people.doing dangerous risky stuff on cliff faces, high rise buildings, hanging outta trains and.motor bikes on freeways etc etc... I generally click it off when it's obvious what's coming
I've never been into violent movies prefer comedy or drama or a good doco

Exercise is so underrated in regards to improving mental health. I think anytime someone wants anti-depressants, a doctor should first be recommending exercise before prescribing medication.
G'day TR... None of the Drs. I have spoken to about depression/anxiety have mentioned coffee, but have certainly said exercise is VERY Good for our mental health.Yeah all the Drs I’ve seen have said that re coffee and exercise
