Meriton for another year/membership up

Paper today has Meriton signing on for another season , there defiantly is a sense of success around the corner. Membership is up 8 % on same time last year all good.
 
I'll be honest, I didn't expect Harry to stick around after the last few years. Glad he is back on board though.

Wonder if he could help us out with this Rozelle crap haha!
 
I don't think we could find another sponsor harry said if we couldn't find a new sponsor he would stick by us and that is just what he has done.

I suppose membership could always be up by 18% instead of only 8, eh knuckles?
 
not sure if my experiences are anything to go by, but once they get the site fixed up they should be able to further increase memberships. I've got money sitting in my account that im waiting to throw at the club and i haven't been able to as yet.

It's run through the NRL site and they're the ones with the issues. Wouldn't you think they would have that in order for the clubs..ridiculous.

Call them, do it over the phone or get em to send you a paper application

There ARE other ways….
 
we're probably the 1st club to go on sale (or one of them) to be fair. But it was a poor experience for me. Trying to get it sorted via phone but it is also ****ing up there too, they said both of my cards were declined. checked with the bank, enough moolah and no querey from nrl/tigers that got declined….

But, seems like other people got through pretty easily. Must just be the luck of the draw

Meriton want out. They will continue to support Wests Tigers until we can find another new major sponsor. Far from good news

That's from a month ago guest, they may have worked something out as the article form the other day suggests.
 
Now that that's sorted they can start to think about getting the jerseys manufactured.
Might still be waiting on final sponsorships though

Do we have a replacement for Hyundai? I think they said they were on the way out. Would be good to have 2014 jerseys for sale at Xmas.

When are jerseys usually done? i mightttt jag one… if they're not too much, though they usually are even with the 10% members discount.

I'm sure if they said memberships were up 80% you'd believe it Ink.
Not sure how you reconcile increased memberships and lower crowd numbers.
Maybe crowd numbers were up 8% as well but I just didn't notice it.

I can echo your experience. After two website fails where the page just wouldn't respond, my third log in had me as a Bulldogs member.

I got a lovely message from the Bulldogs (wasn't as good as ours) thanking me for my support. Their creed was interesting. It was something like 'Together. Forever' or something like that.

Anyway, to be honest not that bothered. New systems always have teething issues. I would walk to Dubbo to get my membership if I needed to.

Funnier part for me was that I was in a meeting this week talking about options for taking our CRM system at work forward. We are considering moving off Oracle as it is far to cumbersome and difficult to tailor. Salesforce.com put forward as an alternative option. It was pretty easy to take them off the list as an option after my poor experience. Considering we are far bigger than the Tigers, their stuff up with the Tigers membership will cost them a shot at our contract. Sounds like justice to me…

Members numbers are up SINCE the last crowd was posted.

You have to wait next year for crowd figures.

Two seperate things….so youre suggesting theyre lying...fudging the figures. :unamused:
