Message of Support for Taylor

. Hang in there boss. You have the support of all the genuine fans.

Speak for yourself. I am a genuine fan and I certainly don't support the damage which Taylor is currently doing to our team. I am sure that most genuine fans feel the same way.

Forum regulars would know me as a fairly positive poster, a self described "glass half full" person. Well I am feeling positive again, positive that things have to change, and quickly at that. As far as the half full glass goes, I want to tip the damn thing over the coach to wake him up.

I feel "genuine" as far as being a supporter of WT goes, but did not drag the family out in the cold last night as I had a pretty good idea of what was going to be dished up. Turned out as expected, an extremely boring (and far too basic) brand of football that was not working and does absolutely nothing for me. Glad we stayed home, even though the halftime fireworks apparently provided a bit of spark to the night.

I have left my seats vacant a few times this year already, just like Hobbo and probably many others, and looking like they will be vacant on more game days to come. About the only real positive to come out of last night was that Moses saw a bit more ball, but that was only because Brooks was moved to the nine, and not much use when we struggled to gain decent metres each set running one pass off the dummy half.

You have the support of all the genuine fans. Most are just impatient for success after years of frustration.

Speak for yourself mate.

I sat amongst a lot of these "genuine" fans last night and they were not supportive. They are also not impatient.

They are the most patient fan base in the competition.

Writing an email, sucking up to the coach calling him boss doesn't make you more genuine than the rest of us.

No offence but I don't think you should pretend to speak for the "genuine" fans.

Some of those "genuine" fans have been to most games this year including last night and disagree with your views.

Sorry Eddie…...maybe i should of said realistic fans who knows a transformation cannot happen overnight. Listen to Taylor's press conference....

The same handful of fans are on here after every loss wanting to sack everyone. You wanted Potter sacked....you got your wish.

For reference, I never wanted Potter sacked.

I feel a bit for Taylor as he is on a hiding to nothing, you can't polish a turd and that is largely what he is coaching. Until we buy some quality first graders in key positions this club will go nowhere. But by the same token, his game plans and tactics are garbage. It's early days but doesn't look good.

The only reason I wanted Potter out was because the club showed him a lack of support.Things had gone too far and relationships had been strained to the point of disunity. I was a Mick Potter supporter for the most part so get your facts right.

I do not want Taylors head because than we are back to square one again, but I will not go to another game while we continue to trundle up all night doing one out hit ups without even looking to put the other team in two minds to what we may do next.

At present the players are bored and the punters are even more bored. How is he going to attract quality players to our club when we play brain numbing football

X 2

Taylor seems to be coming more insular with some of his odd views on how the team is going and the best way forward.
Dare to be different Taylor not just another self interested coach with self preservation as a primary motivator.
As one of many long time supporters and members we deserve much better than the utter garbage served up last night.

Taylor was hired to get results in 2016+ not 2015\. He's been pretty explicit about changing culture at the club.

What exactly does "changing culture" mean? Change from what?…to what? If it means changing to a spiritless, boring, predictable attacking structure then we've reached it already. What next from the supercoach?

I want to support Taylor because it can be a pretty lonely place when you are working towards a plan and there are supposed supporters trying to tear you down. I don't want to sack everyone when we have a few losses like some on here.

Look at what chopping and changing has done for Parra.

Let him see out his contract and judge him then. It is very early days of a totally new regime i think he needs time and support. If you don't agree with me i don't care, i don't agree with you guys carrying on wanting to sack everyone everytime we lose a few games.

Let me make this clear.

The fans support the club, the jersey. It is not their job to support a struggling coach.

And once again youve offended everyone who has posted here saying "supposed" supporters.

I don't care if i've offended anyone.

I want the coach to be given time…..you want to criticise him when you know bugger all about what is going on, its up to you. I have stated my position. I want the coach to be given time to implement his plans and will support him through the process.

If its still the same after he ends his contract no improvement then i certainly won't be supporting his reappointment. But he needs time and you guys are overreacting to a few tough losses.

''We'' know bugger all? So you know something we dont?

Its becoming a you and us thread.

We - many of us - have been following the game and this club and its forebears for a long time….you dont need to have coached or played to have an understanding, to say we know bugger all after witnessing last night shows your elitist attitude that is rife in your thread.
