I agree with this part of your statement 100%, not sure about the 1st eg Luciano improved with us.
But now he doesnt know how to get the best out him. I feel as Madge is to rigid in his style and can't adapt his pre game strategy to the "ebbs & flows" of a fluctuating game.
As many have stated before the management of the bench is crap and i believe it has cost us at least 3 games this season.
And yes we have been cruelled by injuries this year but we have been in winning positions in a number of games that we have lost...
So unless we can get an assistant that can help with game day team management then i am leaning towards letting Madge go.
As for a replacement i am not sure, but i am leaning towards favouring Ciraldo as young coach to build us up for a dynasty if all the hot air about our juniors is correct. The same as the sliding door moment Bellamy rejected us.

madge is meant to be the experienced coach that gets the basics right and steers us in a good path. He has failed in that respect. I want us to hire a good replacement. Madge however has failed.

I’m still recovering from the Royal Comission into Madge last year.

I made strong representations in writing to the club about keeping him and Pascoe's assistant got back to me saying it would be taken into account.

It wasn’t really broadcast that the mug fan could have their say.

To be honest, I probably had all the influence of a convertible car during a hail storm, they probably got back to me for politeness sake.

But I sent the corro to a third party on another forum for verification.

Then I got involved in a potential signing, but that ended badly lol. Don’t send me in to help out there unless you want failure.

Getting involved in club business, it’s a bit like dabbling in the occult!

What Woolfe did do, was convince a fair few players to turn down $30k a game during the World Cup for Aus and NZ to play for Tonga for virtually pocket change.

Woolfe had those blokes believing in what he was trying to do. I think that in itself is more than what Madge has achieved with this group in 4 years. There's a distinct lack of belief with nearly all of them bar Hastings.

Brooks went from a Daly M position winner at halfback as we're so often reminded to until he got dropped from the halfback role, wasn't playing at a level worthy of NRL. I blame a lot of that on the coach

I think that the Wests tigers supporters at least need to know what is happening. There is no club is there are no supporters but the club has been hush hush in so many areas over at least the past 3 to 4 years. Even a message such as "We will let our supporters know the latest developments in two weeks" would suffice.

I think the club will stick it out with Madge , and I’m 50=50 on it , but he does deserve a shot with some good cattle coming in
Papi and API in our team this year on their form so far would have made a huge difference

Api replaces Liddell and Simpkins
this season would have been better
loose Lucy , throw in a fit Blore as he was early on and solid
