don't think our issues are to do with the coach. it's a group of individuals that aren't playing to the game plan or can't do the fundamentals. those who argue that should be on the coach clearly don't understand the game.

If the players are that stupid, shouldn't the person that signed them be held accountable in some way?

there's been talk on here in the past that the signing of Leilua was heavily influenced by Pascoe, and Madge was reluctant. he also resigned Brooks off the back of a career year in 2018. shouldn't have been a 4 year deal, but you can understand the mindset.

yes, the majority of the signings are his, but there are only a couple of pieces that are the issue. I think if we fix those then we're a far better team than we've showed in the last 120 minutes of football. a left edge with different personnel and better 5th tackle options from our spine will see the scorelines in our games be a lot closer.

This poll is running 10 go 90 keep Brooks poll is running 35 keep 65 go.. yet Madge signed Brooks for longer than any other Coach we have had..

I find that interesting..

So after two poor on field performances by the players, people want the to see the back of the coach?

Two weeks ago people were loving the recruitment and saying the club is on the up etc and obviously after two poor showings it sucks but surely kicking Madge just repeats the cycle. In my opinion we are still better off than manly, Brisbane, cows, dragons at the least...

We just need to keep pruning the roster. At the end of this year it’ll be cya BJ, Rusty, Walters, probably MCK as well. Wait and see with Liddle injury wise. Hope that we can arrange something re. Brooks as mentioned both parties probably need a change.

As long as we keep the goodies and slowly weed out the baddies around them then the wins gotta come surely? Spine is the big one I reckon we gotta fine tune. Laurie and Simpkin I’m happy for going forward. The others I didn’t see yesterday but an AD/AREY combo from Rabbits days could be good potentially

I can kinda forgive that. Brooks was coming of a decent season, Madge was newish. Not much cash in the kitty and even when the club is flush, struggle to attract anyone of note.

The 35 that voted to keep brooks also watch the Kardashians so there vote is null & void

Sadly i think that Madge is leading us into the abyss, but given our record with coaches, punting him now will have worse long terms impacts.

Going to have to go down with the ship that will be Madge's coaching career when he is done here.

Club only wanted a 3 year deal which would have meant off contract 2022 ..Maguire wanted 4..

I wouldn’t say he has to go, but he did nothing to warrant an extension.

With Des re-signing and Sharks showing a lot of ticker- I think Madge would be the one under most pressure.

I don't think coaches realise the extent of job that needs to be done before they come here.

Zero pressure after an extension. Club couldnt afford it financially or reputationally

As there wasn't much labour shown by our boys during yesterday's match I will be voting Labor in this poll. Mind you, a lack of football mentality would come a close second.

Sack him after losing to 2 top 4 teams no .

Has he shown his limitations as a coach and recruiter , yes

Is sacking a coach the best option .. no .. why
- club goes back to square 1 tying to rebuild yet again and next coach has same old excuses
- realistically are their any quality coaches on the market ? No the only one I would be in that frame is Flanagan for me and due to his recent issues probably not worth the risk ( I don’t rate Paul green )
- the constant chopping and changing of coaches I believe has been ONE of many factors why Brooks has not kicked on as a player and if stuck with him for a few more years he needs coaching stability

All in all this poll gross over reaction and was probably better off started later in the season of team is a shambles

I said no , but I'm really concerned how the eggshells comments has affected the players mentality

I reckon it has made them unaccountable and they are leaving Madge out to burn

Why do people keep going on about the Raiders being one of the top 4 teams. They aren’t.

Maybe season 2021 is the year of, instead of winning a couple in a row then losing 4 or 5 in a row, we will lose Rounds 1 and 2 and concede 70 points, then string together a run of wins?? You never know!!

A run of wins ...what 9 ...10 ??

I think you missed the sarcasm

I was hoping you saw a burning bush and were a man of the cloth ...the odds would be mind blowing
