Mitch Moses

Until Parra come to the table I would not be releasing Moses.

There has to be something in it for us.

I'd name him 18th man for us every week and not play him at all until Parra come to the party, he'll go to them underdone otherwise.

Cleary is not the guy to release someone for the sake of it, he would want something in return and we probably won't get that so Moses is here for the year.

Why would we release him, he is contracted with us till October. I say bench for reserve grade till the end of the season unless Parra can come up with a suitable swap. One thing for certain I would not let him near the top grade ever again after last weeks dismal effort

Everyone who is saying that Moses threw the game against the Sharks are kidding right? We were right in the game until Kev was found out of position twice in the second half and let in 2 tries. Moses had a shocker but you could hardly say it cost us the game.

I can't see him trying to throw this game or any game just because he's leaving. He won't want to get to Parra and find out he's starting 2018 in reserves. Why do you think he was screaming at his team mates when they don't catch the miracle ball? I reckon he's desperate to impress his new team. The problem for us is he's trying to impress with the hero play rather than a calculated grind.

Everyone's here seems to be begging for Rankin to come back. I to remember people on this forum last year saying he was our worst player and now after a couple of off weeks for MM, we're begging for Rankin again? We all agree Cleary is a decent coach so I'm confident he'll get something good out of Moses in the next game.

Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to 2018 with a whole team of players who want to be there for and will play for each other, but the knee-jerk reaction to drop him to park footy seems a bit over the top to me.

I wouldn't even bench him for reggies.

Just spell him for the rest of the season. Sit him out and let him waste away. Same as Woods. Send them off totally underdone.

Fine…if he is here for the rest of the year...but given his last performance, he should be dumped to ISP or 18th man.....Moses couldn't even make the City team this year even when they were scrapping the bottom of the barrel for players......How many $850k players are there that couldn't make the City/Country teams?.....

Would Rankin go alright at 5/8? Probably prefer someone a little more committed than a player continuously wanting to leave part way into the season

I would take any plodder at no6 as long as they give it a 100%, but what we witnessed last Saturday night I have never seen before and I have been going to games since Keith Barnes was our fullback, a player actually 100% disinterested.

I am not a Moses supporter, but it has been reported that Cleary told him to take a back seat and let Brooks run the show, maybe this is the problem

Drop him to State Cup, based on form that's where he belongs and either Hunt or Rankin can play at 6 and kick goals.

I want the club to play him at the level that he should be played at and that is a reserve for State cup.
