The Broncos won a couple of premierships not long after that. They also had an all star team even without Wally.

A coach can drop a player for whatever reason they want. As long as they pay farah then I'm pretty sure we're legally fine…
Doesn't mean it's been handled well, but we've done nothing wrong.

I may be wrong but I believe that Lewis was off contract at the time, the Broncos never tried to shaft him they just didn't offer him a new contract, same thing with the other two.
A completely different situation.

I understand what you're saying, , and we don't have the problems involving the players. But here we've got a board and coach wanting to renege on a deal that was running for another two years. I'd say that was fairly different.
Lewis didn't have a leg to stand on. Farah does
No one is reneging on the deal. The club has stated that Farah will be paid for another 2 years, but he is free to negotiate a deal elsewhere. They have told Farah and his manager, that If he stays he probably won't be in the coach's plans for next year in the top grade.
That's not reneging on the contractual obligations that the club has. It's a change of direction that the new coach wants to take the team in (for better or worse).

The only way anyone is forcing him to give up his contractual rights is if he had it written into his contract that he can never be dropped. This is old news that was covered 2 or 3 weeks ago. If there were grounds for legal action there probably would be legal action, but there isn't so there's not.

I'll intentionally breach contracts on a regular basis to force a situation that I want to change. The only real option Farah has in a BOC situation is to suck it up or walk away.
Personally, the moment Farah released the information about playing reggies, he lost any chance of taking legal action.
