The NRL wouldnt let Jordan Rapana to serve his 1 match suspension on the All Stars game as it was an "Off Field incident" but they let Smith and Reece Walsh to serve their "Off Field incidents" in the All Stars game.
How does that equate?

It would not surprise me in the slightest,he is a grub of the highest order.Hopefully he gets rubbed out for longer this year for his tactics

Mate, So far i have seen more than enough of evidence to know tbat the NRL's governining body is a Mockery, and as long as these Clowns are administering the game then we will not see a level playing field and continue to see rhe worst of the referee calls.

Yes it was because of his drink driving offence he also copped a suspension for his shoulder charge during the All Stars game.
He had to serve the drink driving suspension in R1 so I think he’ll miss R2 for the shoulder charge.
