Mixing up the kicking game

Kudos to Taylor for changing up our kicking game this week, and to the players that carried it out, bar one that was too deep (and nearly another but for Kevin). Seemed the dogs back three were not sure what to do once the expected midfield bombs did not eventuate.

I totally agree,the kicking game tonight was acceptional , I don't know if it's been changed or just executed better tonight.
Either way here's hoping we keep it up.

Also Robbie's kicks on the 3rd and 4th turned the big dogs pack around. It made them take ages to get out of there 1/4.

Farah kicking.
Diverted attention onto himself which allowed more room and time for Brooks and Moses

The best it's been…..Farah kicking more I like...all 3 earned us repeat sets at different stages tonight ...something we have failed to do in previous weeks....

Very good in the kicking dept from all 4 kickers and we had the chase to match it, I do agree Farah kicking out of dummy half set them on their ass a bit and we had them guessing all night bravo great win.

I think we had by far our best kicking game this weekend against the bulldogs. I dont know the stat but we must have found open grass on most our long range kicks. Farah kicking from dummy half a few times found open space a number of times.

Short kicking game was much much better and we forced a number of drop out restarts.

Far fewer midfield bombs. Although one from brooks led to a try.

Anyway, i think our improved kicking game over the weekend was one of our main reasons for an improved performance. I hope this continues!

About time and we're a much better team for it, Farah's kicking was most impressive and well-timed.

And we even chased well for the most part. It just shows how important a good kicking and kick/chase game is, and hopefully the team keeps on with it!
