Moltzen hooked?

Was he? he definitley deserved to be after that weak performance. I saw him in the hands of the trainer not long before he came off, looked to be an issue with his hand. Broke a nail dropping the kick-off perhaps?

On a side-note Timmy Simona looked solid at the back. He's a good kid, its a shame that he's headed overseas

Dislocated finger from the look of it. Should have been taken off at that point as his next attempted tackle was with one arm and he dropped the re-start after we scored.

Pretty sure he dropped the ball before hurting himself. Still inexcusable dropping that ball. In his defence he did knock the ball out of a dogs hands ( maybe Jackson) who would have scored. So saved 6 gave away 4.

He was hooked then old Timmy Sheens rubbed him on the head when Moltz looked like crying and put him back on. Classic example of Sheens being weak.

It was a shocking drop no doubt but geez Moltz actually looked a fullback apart from that. Strong carries, defended well on the line and added another man from the back.

The worst for us tonight was our number 7 in my view.

How could you call that a weak performance? So what- he dropped a ball after having his hands taped. He also saved a try and played well.
Where is your post about Marika blowing a try and making blues?
Try not to pick on people just because you don't like them and grow up.
No apologies from me - if anybody thinks he had a bad game they are downright stupid.

Funny how people ignore the try he saved. It was a good performance from Tim bar that drop.

Thats called doing his job

A lot of fullbacks can do that

Reality isn't that hard Moltzen is not a good fullback

Well said Ck. No-one had a thread like this when Sironen dropped a kick off earlier in the year. It was a poor mistake but he did a lot of positive things too. Where is the criticism of Farah for missing a sitter in front. Did he have a poor game because of that mistake?

The thing that gets me is that we can play like this at the end of the season when we are in danger of missing the 8, but ccannot do it in the first third of the comp. If we won more games then we wouldn't be in this position.

Simona isn't going OS Gunners… Not this year or next anyhow....
Not convinced on his future at WT's though....

Hey CK, How does Moltz get run down and overtaken by a second rower chasing down Reynold when your superstar had 10m start...

Marika's ball was a metre above his head, on the sideline, with a bloke screaming towards him with a shoulder sticking out. Moltzen's, on the other hand, was straight to him, nobody near him. And to make it worse, the Dogs score. And happens EVERY WEEK. If you think that is first grade standard, you are kidding yourself. These guys are PAID PROFESSIONALS, they should be able to catch a ball when the game, the SEASON, is on the line

We don't have a good fullback at the club that is fit. Simona is worse than Moltzen but just put in a good effort tonight for a few minutes, Ryan is pedestrian in attack from fullback and Moltzen while having loads of skill just has too many errors and brain snaps in his game to be considered anything more than average.

Next week please play Moltzen at pivot and Simona at the back, the impotece we gained from his kick returns showed me enough
