Mormon Risk

I reckon Jarryd Hayne might depart on a mission to play French rugby for a squillion a season if Parra continues to suck so hard

Parra only have themselves to blame for that one. Wasting one eighth of the cap on a ten minute showpony who is a total liability in defence.

Setefano Taukafa is considering an offer from the Mormons.

Maybe Jarryd Hayne will now depart on a Mission?

Jarrod is not a Mormon, He attends Hillsong.

Man and I thought I couldnt dislike him any more. Those people are seriously….. wierd (not the wording that I prefered to use!)

His cousin/uncle Albert was set for big things at the Roosters before taking on his Missionary position, I am led to believe that the Missionary Postion isn't compulsory as the Father in John Hopoate obviously didn't believe in the Missionary position as the only time he had off was through suspension.
Pretty big decision for the young man to make when he has the world at his feet and will forego Half a Mill to achieve his mission, poor old Uncle Albert was never heard from again after his Missionary Postition.

 Leroy don't you mean position in the Missionary….

 That was the funniest post ever - I can't stop laughing! Never heard from again? What a way to go!!! Glad to hear it's not compulsory too!!

What makes you think that stryker?

I was going to say have you ever met one but that may be negated by the fact that you are one?

From personal experience I think they are a scumbag organisation. Sorry dude but I like to think for myself.

No that's fair enough, I'm not actually associated with hillsong but I am a christian.
There is some things about hillsong I don't like but some other things are really good like some of the songs they write.

All I could say is no church is perfect and don't judge the church based on a few people.
We as christians are no better than anyone and we are far from perfect. We are just like anyone else but we believe God sent his son Jesus to die on the cross to take the punishment for our sins. The only perfect person to live on this earth was Jesus and if you want to make a judgement on christianity look at his example because he was the only perfect christian.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask I'm happy to answer!
Although I can't guarantee I know the answer to everything but I'll definitely look into anything you ask!

The facts are that the history of these Mormon players getting into the "MISSIONARY POSITION" :roll
Not one has had "the desire" to perform at the top level again because the MISSIONARY POSITION" IS such a "revelation" for them thay don't want to do anthing else!!!!!!!!!! :crazy :roll

I am aware of the teachings Sean, I was raised catholic but there is something so cultish about Hillsong that it gives me the serious creeps.

I tend to live my life by two main themes…the first is I try to treat others as I expect to be treated myself. This however for me is fast becoming more of a romantic notion as the world just doesnt allow this to happen very easily.
The second has been forged through rough life experiences that have been learned the hard way...dog eat dog.

The second is used more than the first these days.

Name of this thread should be changed . It is disrespectful , more so then Ray Warren's questions to Ben Hannent .

Yeah Hillsong can give off that vibe, haha.

I respect your views but I strongly encourage you to have a look into christianity more.
Like I said I'm happy to try and answer any questions.

Just saw that Jordan Rapana from the titans who went on a mormon mission has signed a contract with the Western Force.
