Just finished watching Non-Stop with Liam Neeson and Julianne Moore. Was actually pretty surprised.
It's like you're typical 'Taken' Neeson flick, but on a plane. In my opinion, it's not very original but it was the best of the Neeson movies I've seen though.

Quite suspenseful and keeps you guessing until the end. Plenty of action and twists.

Worth a watch (unless you're scared of flying).

I watched Godzilla and X-Men Days of Future Past this week and I loved them both I give Godzilla a 7.5/10 and X-Men Days Of Future Past a 8/10

Largely agree. Stick around for the very end credits with X-Men too, there's a post credits scene which ties in directly with the next X-Men film already planned for 2016, X-Men Apocalypse. Fans of the comic book which be very excited with the next instalment.

I thought X-Men had some real depth to it. Don't mind the obvious continuity ignorance of X-Men The Last Stand.

Watched "Chef" on Sunday arvo with the wife ( bye weekend special) .
Have to admit it was a great flick to watch before an early dinner ….food porn at its best

saw The Book Thief the other day. it was very much a mix of anne frank and Life is Beautiful with the whole wwII/nazi theme, but i really enjoyed it. it is a very heartfelt drama, so if you are simply not in to any soppiness (not schmaltzy mind) or movies with subtlety it wont be your go.

if you do enjoy a great story told well and in good time, and appreciate excellent acting (geoffrey rush and the girl in the lead role are awesome) you too may like this as much as i did.

8 tries out of 10!

also watched Blue Jasmine. never been a fan of woody allen, but have to admit i quite liked this. a neurotic movie about a neurotic woman, played fantastically by cate blanchett.

7 tries….

I worked with Woody Allen in Manhattan pre 9-11,Mia Farrow wasn't there but Soon Yi was. It was all too strange.
Husbands & Wives blew me away.

thanks for the tip TT. saw it the other day and really enjoyed it!

your post is spot on: a few plot holes, but its a thriller/action type movie and they don't detract from the movie at all.
