Mysterious ways

For the past week i have been thinking of how such a turn of events has come to light.
In 2007 two young guns in Lazarus played at 7 and Moltzen played at 6 for BRET alongside each other.
In 2008 the NYC was introduced and Lazarus was shifted to fullback and Moltzen was kept in the halves for the U20's competition. Lazarus sustains an unfortunate knee injury and is sidelined for the rest of the season and Moltzen is then shifted to fullback to replace him in the NYC.
Out of the 3 players who were fighting over the position at fullback in 2009 to be the heir to Hodgson, the real contenders would be Moltzen, Lazarus and Gallant With both Gallant and Moltzen having stints in the top grade in the number 1 jersey whilst Lazarus sits out another year yet again with another knee injury which ends his season.
In 2010 Lazarus is moved back to halfback for BRET where he started, Moltzen moves out of fullback back to the halves where he started.
Gallant moved on to North Queensland and plays in the 1 jersey against Moltzen in the 7 jersey and puts on a sidestep which then in turn causes Moltzen to injure his knee to end his season. Lazarus now claims the number 7 jersey to replace an injured Moltzen.
In all this time Marshall was moved out of the 6 jersey to the 7 jersey and now back to the 6 jersey in order for the club to find a halfback since Prince's departure.
What a turn of events!!

except for the fact here was no step that caused the knee to go. it was a freak accident

no need to make a tall tail out of something that didnt happen

If you didnt see Gallant put on a step before Moltzen's knee buckled then you need to go find yourself a replay..

lol, can u make up a bigger story..Moltzen didnt step off the leg though did he… he was running straight.. doesnt matter if MM put a step on as Moltzen didnt step him self considering it was 10 meters before hand

Who was talking about Moltzen stepping? I'm talking about Gallant stepping Moltzen..

Trying to manufacture two halves into a fullback and they both end up back in the halves!! 😕

I am sure both players were more than happy to play fullback in order to get a crack at playing in the NRL…
