I'd say our management already have no idea - we're not short of duds ourselves ,TT.
Unfortunately we are very light on backups for first grade once someone gets injured - a well proven point this year.
At the very least he is big and fast.

Koro was punted by potter because he couldn't catch bombs. I think it was against the dogs where he let in a try almost every time they bombed to his wing. Was never sighted again after that.

Obviously Melbourne have put the time into rectifying that part of his game, when we thought he wasn't worth the effort.

Kev is doing that for us now, can't catch and can't tackle, and don't get me started on our other winger.

I have no idea where you are coming from. I can only speak for myself but Tedesco and Simona are guns. Nofo is really good in attack but needs to work on his defence. I reckon Naiqama is a pretty decent option in the outside backs. Sironen, Lawrence, Taupau, Sue, Ava are pretty good players as well. Woods and Farah can be tops however as marquee players they need to do more. Brooks and Moses look likely to me however they need to take a step or two up.

Overall though we need some outside backs I think desperately. Richards is the worst winger in the comp or if there is a worse one I haven't seen him. When Simona or Nofo are out we don't have any decent option to replace them with. Lovett to me is an okay back-up but he isn't yet a consistent quality first grader.

We have had a coach who has been terrible this season though and the players have probably lost games due to game plans which are plain dumb.

Anyway I think that there is hope for the future however lets try and work on the areas that need improvement. The two glaringly obvious ones are our outside backs and our coach.
