Nathan Cleary

You can forget Nathan ever coming to the Wests Tigers. Why do you think Penrith have tried hard to sign Ivan, obviously Ivan knows that his son wants to stay at Penrith. So the best way to chance to coach him Would be at Penrith. You will find Ivan will bide his time for two years and then Off he goes. The reason he mentioned in that press conference, that he still wants the coach his son, is so he can justify it when he leaves us. Make no mistake about it.

In my opinion we already have an origin halfback. Freddy just hasn’t realised it yet!

Yeah, I have always been happy enough with Brooks and elated nowadays. Luke is the form half of the NRL over the season, bar none.

Your statement makes no sense at all.

If Nathan doesn't ever want to come to the Tigers, why did Penrith try so hard to sign his dad to the Panthers? If Nathan is so in love with Penrith, why do they need to sweeten the deal with his dad?

It makes no sense?????
It makes no sense, they are trying to get Ivan to break his deal in order to make his son happy to sign in at the Panthers. This does not make sense?

You first said Nathan wants to stay with Penrith. Now you are saying they are trying to get Ivan to break his deal to make his son happy to sign at Panthers.

So either Nathan is happy to sign with Penrith, or he isn't. Make up your mind.

He is happy to sign with Penrith, he just wants an iron clad guarantee that his father will be there otherwise he won’t sign! :brick:

Surely, he trolls!

So if we give an iron clad guarantee to sign Ivan for 10 years will Nathan sign with us??

NO ! Nathan doesn’t want to play with us. That’s why Ivan was hoping to wiggle his way out ONLY to find the door firmly shut!
That’s why he will hang around for 2 more years. Bet any money Ivan doesn’t sign an extension.

That’s the way I would imagine it will pan out, but that’s my take on it reading between the lines, although there are plenty who don’t see it that way and see us with a real chance of getting NC

I hope I’m wrong and we do sign Nathan, the reality is, if we were going to sign him, Ivan would not be meeting with Penrith.
He then gets the opportunity to put rumours to bed and then only now makes it worse with speculation. I know people think NC is talking up how much he loves Riff in order to get WT to pay more for him. I don’t think so, I think he genuinely wants to stay at Penrith

NC is not that good for the money he will demand. Brooksy (yes I admit I wanted him gone for a long time) is finally starting to show his potential.

Furthermore, NC and IC have not committed their individual futures which reading between the lines is going to be at Penrith. They’re silence only incriminates them further of this and where there is smoke, there is fire.

Forget these two and move on. Go. Just, go!

Who are u?

Is this your theory? Or do u have concrete information about this?

We all know the same nonsense we've been told. You know something more?

Said it in the other thread but if we don't get NC

Go hard at Cameron Munster where I think they'd form a better combination with Brooks
