However if true it would continue the style of recruitment that we are trying to achieve. Talented guys playing reserve grade who havent quite lived up to their talent.

I was mainly interested in whether Drinkwater is staying at the club. Rumours are rumours but every now and then they are substantiated.

Its a case of having too many in positions we already have

Plus we have had a lot more promotion from our NSW Cup team this year

I understand your point, but truly what backups do we have for 2016?

Specialist fullbacks we have only Rowe and he is custard. We could swap Simona or Nofo, but that is weakening the other positions.

Specialist wingers we have, assuming Nofo and Naiqama are first choice, Hoeter, Lulia and this Chance Peni bloke who has played about 6 or 7 games.

Even centres, if you commit Chee Kam and Simona to start next year, you are left with Milone.

That's a weak pool of cover for 1-5\. I'm all for this signing if it is true.
