Why did they post 4,000 photos of Tuki Simpkins and one of Roberts, just from behind? Bizarre.

I get the feeling they’re trying to keep jimmy out of the media. They pretty much posted nothing of him last year too. Maybe just trying to keep the spotlight off him as much as they can

They’ll be trying all different combinations I’m sure at this stage. Seems like the training group has been cut down a bit too.

He’ll hide behind Stefano.... hopefully he can keep up!

Guess they’re just trying to make sure his head his alright for now. Just let him train and have fun and not worry about the media and spotlight for now. Closer to the season there’ll be no choice though, like you said they can’t hide him from the cameras ?

No, I was actually being serious. It is due to youth, but after a year or 2 in the system you start to see the effect of full time training, diet, weight programs on players shape and muscles.

He looks like what he is, a kid relatively new to full time football. There is a risk in throwing these types of guys in before they are physically ready

I think that was the point I was trying to make. Not saying he wont be a very good player for us, but I don't know that he will be ready for much more than cameo appearances this year.

It would be detrimental to play him before he is physically ready.
