I was really excited when Jennings signed. I think he offers something but gee he was disappointing. Well he looks 5kgs lighter at least. Here’s hoping he’s in for a big season. I’m not prepared to right him off.

@Tiger_Steve interesting, what do you see in Jennings that’s makes you think he actually could become a good player for us? (Genuine question) becuase I don’t really think he offers much tbh.

Second thing is I’ve watched him defend and I think he reads oppositions well - makes decent decisions defensively. I’ve also watched his off the ball involvement - kick chase, willingness to take a dirty hit up, chase etc. But none if this was obvious for us. Maybe he was injured, leading to less training and therefore slower and less fit. Anyway, that’s my take on him
