this is second hand info, but I've heard that we've approached Campbelltown Council in a bid to play more games out of CSS in the future. could be as early as 2022. has anyone heard similar?

Lidcombe oval? Zero chance of that happening. We play 1 game a year at tamworth which we should keep. We also have magic round and easter monday vs parra - so on average that's another home game per year taken up (occasionally both may be away or home but would average out over long term). Means there is only ten home games a year we are talking about. Has to be some combination of Leichhardt and Campbelltown unless the situation changes (Liverpool etc etc). I reckon 6 or 7 at campbelltown and 3/4 leichhardt but could even do an 8-2 split. Madness we don't play out at Campbelltown more often (and I even grew up in balmain!)

I disagree, I think it is stupid for a club that is called Wests (named for being Western Suburbs) to have their home ground in the Eastern Suburbs. People complain about not having an identity then propose options to muddy that identity more.

They both use the Show Grounds that was rebuilt for them because they complained ANZ was too big, they didn't want to play there then they should not have accomodations made for them.

The NRL should refuse to have any club games there if it is not rectangular.
