New jersey? where from..?

As title says, my last jersey i bought was 2003 think i might get a new one for this final series! Anyone know somewhere good (NSW) to get one preferably cheaper then the $180 that rebel sell them for.

I reckon Peter Wynn's at Parramatta have good prices. Around 150 - 160.

I'm very surprised Rebel have them for 180\. I swear the ones at Macquarie and Top Ryde have them for around that 150 - 160 mark.

Mick Simmons at the QVB also does pretty decent prices for jersey's.

I reckon that the older the jersey, the more it means to me. My current jersey is probably about 15 years old now. I think I will need to buy a new one in the next 12 months though. It staggers me how much they cost. $150+ is a rip off!

If your jersey is 15 years old - then it is not a Wests Tigers jersey.

But my loyalty to the club was seamless from going from Balmain Tigers to Wests Tigers. I realise they are separate entities technically, but to me it is still the same team (only enhanced).

I hope it isn't a Sydney Tigers jersey from 1995 with the purple stripe though. That was a a debacle!

Actually, I think it isn't quite that old. Meriton were the sponsors. It has the black V combined with horizontal stripes for the bottom half. Is that from 1997?

1997 is correct. We moved to the wide horizontal stripes in 1998 and 1999.

Brands on sale at Campbelltown (http://www.brandsonsale.com.au/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false😉 have had them discounted for $90 and there is another sports store in the centre with lower price..

I have my 05 and 09 Jersey .. Might just try getting into the 05 Jersey this year to see if it brings good luck back .. :wink:
