New jerseys confirmed, Harry is back!

Regardless, if they had of played in this jumper we still would have bought one :laughing:
 
In the late 80s wests had an alternate jersey which had a white background with the black V, it was the reverse to the main jersey with the black background and white V (sometimes having the word victa across the front). Does anyone know whether it is possible to get one these days, I've looked on the Western Suburbs site and that appears to be the only jersey not listed and yet there are heaps listed there.
 
Why is it taking so long for them to get the jerseys out. The designs have been shopped around for weeks now. Get them out and make a killing before Xmas!
 
Are all the sponsers on board for next year?

Would that delay getting jerseys out?

Were the 2010 ones out before Xmas last year?

i think it would because sponsors are usually on the jerseys so they cant put them out until all the sponsors are on board

Western Suburbs began using the alternate White with Black V in the mid 70’s, earliest I remember it used was in 1975 when they beat Manly 18-0 at Lidcombe though it may have been used before then, in the early 90’s they also had a one off White with Black and Blue V.

Don't know about their availability…

Was used for a pre-season (think it may have been a 9’s competition then as opposed to the later world 7’s but not certain about that) competition around the mid 90’s sometime, , it had a thin light blue V under the small Black V, we were sponsored by Goldstar at the time, later to become LG.

Will try to drag it out of the wardrobe soon and see if it has the year on the logo

From the 1st November Blades will be the NRL authentic licensed manufacturer to Wests Tigers, Newcastle Knights and Cronulla Sutherland Sharks. **With this comes a new look Home Jersey for the Tigers and Knights and a brand new Away jersey for the Tigers and Sharks**. Blades will also continue as the Official Apparel Supplier to North Melbourne in the AFL. The Kangaroos will have a new look Clash strip for the upcoming 2011 season."

In their shop section they still have the 2010 range though.
 
I contacted X-Blades asking them when it will be released here is the response.

A release date has not yet been confirmed. Once the Wests Tigers have
secured the jersey sponsors a schedule will be available.

ah ok. i definately remember goldstar and lg as sponsors
 
Will they swap the colors of the main and alternative strip this year? I really don't mind and think they should play half their games in each. Would love an 80's orange jersery with black V.

I am on the road a lot in my job and never see a Proton on the road. I can't imagine they sell enough cars in Australia to justify the sponership of the Tigers unless they use it as a tax write off some how.
