Anybody else suspect Bell won't be as good if he joins another club?

Definately not, he is the best RB in the league by a mile. He is a future hall of famer. No one comes close to him in yards after contact, he is a 3 down back with hands like a WR.

Will be a stud wherever he goes, my favourite player to watch in the whole league
