The Bengals have had a lot of lows but this is the lowest I've ever seen them. I remember the 90s were bad but we had productive players and spells of good games in those days. I actually hate watching games these days.

It could be worse. You could support the Jets... The defensive coaching on that last Hail Mary play was inexplicable.

And he got sacked for it as well .....

Trying to work out the Play offs situation .....as wasn't expecting the Fins to be in the picture ...if they win one of their last 2 games they are home and hosed ..is that right

Great hit. Called him out respectfully before the game and walked the walk. Love it

I was waiting for the slight helmet contact to be called, those calls always go against us against the Steelers.

Do you have any Bengals jerseys?

Been a Kansas City Chiefs fan since 1993 in High School and the days of Don Lane presenting highlights on SBS. Joe Montana finished his career there at that time and as a 13 yr old he was one of the only players I knew hence the team choice.

After a couple of decades of not much success I am loving it these days. Mahomes is a freak of nature

A ridiculous end to the season with some of the Eagles shenanigans.

They were already out of playoff contention. Rested players end even then when they looked a chance of winning the game, they replaced their starting quarterback with an absolute nufty.

End result is they lost, ended up with 6th draft pick instead of 9th. Knocked the Giants out of the playoffs and allowed the team they were playing against to make them.

This shows the downside of draft systems (has also happened in AFL) where teams deliberately lose to improve their draft stocks.

The NFL should take draft picks off them as punishment.

Agreed, it makes a mockery of the sport.

As a Dallas fan, I am just glad we didn’t beat the Giants. Otherwise I might have broken my TV yesterday. Even some of the Eagles players looked disgusted on the sidelines with what was happening.
The whole NFC East was a train wreck this year, the NFL should replace the NFC East champion with a wild card entry in the playoffs this year.

My Fins fell at the last hurdle v Bills ...didn't help with Ryan Fitzpatrick going down with Covid

The NFL's version of 9th basically

I think the coach may have ruined any chance the team had for next year. You talk about losing the support of the dressing room, that was a sure way to do it.

Every divisional champions making the playoffs is always fraught with danger,as it is always possible that a team playing in a weak division with a losing record automatically gets rewarded. It is like if the NRL had a system where the top 7 are in the playoffs and the best team in queensland do also no matter where they finish

Yeah true ...I think Miami has a better record than 2 sides in the play offs

Teams recruit and train obviously to win a Superbowl, but also to finish top of their division. After getting guzumped by Dallas last year for Lamb, I can understand the Eagles wanting to maintain their draft position once the chance for top spot in the division was out of reach. The coach has stated that they wanted to win, but the intention had always been to give the backup QB some reps.

They should be forced to keep that back-up quarterback for next year. He was abysmal.
