Espn will usually have a game on sunday arvo. Usually ABC's primetime game. I believe they're showing Iowa V Michigan this sunday. Seems most of this month they've also got a game on friday lunch time, the thursday night game. Looking at the month ahead there's a fair few games on. One HD "apparently" is showing some games too , or will be doing so.,

that is a real shame that you will not get to see the sec blockbusters as they are covered by cbs.
but the ou v texas game will certainly be the primetime abc game next week.now that ou has lost twice i can pull for them to upset texas.

p

Hopefully we'll get it. Have to keep an eye out on the Foxtel EPG next week i guess.

i loved the LSU game on one the other day… and the pats starting to play a bit better but New Orleans and Philly are the stand outs so far

Looks like i got my wish….well kinda. ESPN have a replay of Texas-Colorado on next thursday morning, 1am-4am.

Geez Bon, LSU losing to Florida killed them in the rankings. BSU luckily won the game they were afraid of beating Tulsa in Tulsa 28 - 21.

Tom brady went nuts today threw for 6 TD's 5 of them were in the second quarter, PATS ARE BACK

That was some performance. Scary if i may say. If they weren't already a big chance well they confirmed it so today.

Cowboys had a good weekend despite the bye with no wins in the nfc east. Makes things interesting as we play Atlanta and Seatttle at home before the Eagles away. 3 Crucial weeks against nfc opponents for the boys. If we can win the next2 it sets us up. Lose the next 2 then we're probably screwed.

The College scene has Florida at 1, Alabama at 2 and Texas 3 in the BCS rankings. Was surprised to see USC so low (7th) though?? Whats that about? Stoked to see the Longhorns scrape past OU. Plenty of turnovers! It helped we KO'd the QB again in the first qtr.

rankings don't matter to lsu right now.
they still have bama to play and if they win that and their other sec games they meet florida in the sec championship.
the winner of that game is a certainty to play for the big one.
although i doubt we beat bama, unless ingram gets injured.
what bsu needs is for oregon to keep winning.if oregon could win the pac 10,suddenly bsu can try and mount a case.

usc does not have any quality wins now that osu lost again .the computers do not rank osu and that hurts usc.the only reason osu is bcs ranked is because of the human polls.and that is only because of reputation because osu have sucked all year.they are always over ranked and the pollsters never learn.just like chokelahoma,at least we don't have to see either team in the championship game this year.

geez that was a terrible game on the weekend with ou and texas.
a game where you take the win and run and be thankful it didn't cost you a shot at the big one.

Yeah it sounded pretty ordinary but it did make for a nerve racking finish. One of those games where no one wins just Texas were ahead when time expired.

Ahh! Didn't realise we had NFL fans here in Tiger town!

Being a Steelers fan, I'm a bit disappointed in their performances so far- but they are starting to get on a roll now that Mendenhall is starting. Ben Roethlisberger is on fire so far too, which helps.

I was going to say Philly was looking good in the NFC, but they messed the bed against the Faiders last week. If they bounce back this week, I'll rate them again. Saints are looking alright. For mine though, the Vikings are the NFC team this year. It'll be a great game between the Steelers & Vikings this week.

I see a few of you are following college football too. Anyone able to tell me how Marshall is going?

We are!!

Marshall are 4-3 (2-1 conf.). Trailing East Carolina.

Hmm…not great, but they can still catch East Carolina. Only one game behind in the conference, so very doable.

They've really jumped out of the box fast, haven't they? Going well. The AFC should get an interesting finish with the Pats, Broncos, Steelers, Ravens & Colts all looking decent so far.

john elway and the broncos knocked over favre and the packers in a classic.
