No Halves - No Centres - No Fullback

doesn't matter how you spin it, our options are hopeless. Daine's attitude is poor and is unwilling under the high ball, Doueihi is as soft as butter, Brooks tries hard but is clearly shot to pieces and Wakeham is an out and out reserve grader.

Naden had a decent start to the season, he's fine. Kepaoa will cop a spray for his tendency to rush defensively, he'll come good and has looked twice the player this year compared to last. To'a is a backup and Talau needs time in reserve grade. Reilly barely rates a mention.

I'd be opting for effort in the spine this week. what have we got to lose?

1. Staines
6. Bateman
7. Simpkin
9. Koroisau
13. Matamua
Agree only I'd have wakeham at 6. I can't put him in the same pot of crap as Douhi and Brooks, he's still green. He's no future immortal but I reckon given a bit more time could do a job for us.

Sure 1,6 and 7 are problem but so are 3 and 4
Just think last week Toa and Kepoa vs Farnworth and Staggs
Every side is strong there even knights Best and Gagai
One bit of hope I think Parras weakest link is their centers Simpson and Blake

Not to mention strike all through their backline. Enter Reece Walsh, a much-more-developed Herbie Farnworth & Selwyn Cobbo & lightning quick Ezra Mam.

I have faith in the likes of Junior Tupou, Jahream Bula & Charlie Staines, but we need more players with x-factor, explosive speed & footy skill in the backline.
Yep they got rid of dead wood potential and average talent and developed or signed up stars. If (a big if) Reynolds stays fit, they’ll be in the GF.

been hopeless in terms of his kicking game. puts too many balls dead. he can play 14 like he did against the Dogs.

This is what we should play from here out… Bateman & Matamua interchangeable in the middle. Would love to see Tupou or Bula given a go at 1 at some point too
