He is a very good player in attack woeful in defence. He can tackle but how hard is it to mark up on you opposing player. He needs to let centres score so the defensive problem is highlighted rather than jamming in.

He is great for us when we have the ball. He also needs massive work on his game when it comes to defence. One of the first picked every week but he has a massive downside.

Competition for spots next year should at least see him have to improve but it just seems to be a habit to come in time and time again. We're not good enough to carry a winger who performs in attack but not in defence

Ok then, with comments calling someone stupid then you need to back it up with what you believe Ivan has done to this team that has shown signs of improving it? What has he done tactically that looks gòod? What has he done in team selections that looks good? Can you describe the improvements you you see under him?

Lets himself down massively with his poor defensive reads…..there is just no excuse to keep rushing in.
Great ballrunner. Has way more upside than downside if he can just learn to stay on his flank and trust his centre. Always damaging with his carries.
