Good question, AHX. I could be wrong, but I don't think I've ever heard Tim say anything positive about the Tigers' members/fans. He certainly has never said that the team needs to perform better for the sake of its supporters, when they've been playing poorly. The only time I've heard him say anything about us was to have a go at us!

On another note, did anyone see Benji on Channel 7 or Channel 9 News tonight? He said we deserve to be called flops if we miss the finals… Well DERRR! But he also said he will be turning up to play this week and will lift, exactly the same thing he has said for the past 6 weeks :crazy . He also said teams should fear us if we make the finals. :blah :blah I turned off after that.

Or how every paper was saying heigno and beau were being released to penrith and I put all that to bed, how I reported Adam Blair was a done deal before any confirmation from the club or press? What we want and what we get are 2 different things. Everyone knows how this club runs and all the whinging and crying we do around here wont change a thing. You can ask for all the transparency you want, bottom line is, unless the fans at Leichhardt this week turn up with several signs calling for Tim to be sacked or something else publicly to force the club's hand, nothing will be done about his coaching position and we've got him till 2014.

For the record, at the start of the season I came out and said that if we didnt make the grand final I would be calling for his head. I have no confidence we'll make the grand final and hope that he moves on and let's someone else take the team into the future. His time here is done and there is nothing else he can do to improve this team. He started building this team since 2009 and this year should have given us results from his vision. Clearly the results that we have been given hasnt been good enough.

im not "anti sheens" because he doesn't give us the premiership. you just gotta compare our on field performances, the way we lose/ the way we win etc. to see that the team hasn't improved. it's not just about results. my reasons run deeper than the sackings.

I think you missed the point GNR4LIFE,the only John Grant SG was talking to was the Bret winger,but I thought it was funny,would not surprise me to see this pan out though,as the warriors have had a big shake up,unlike us they may come out and show some passion

TBH AHX, I wouldn't be too worried about what the fans thought or cared about either if I were coach. They are hired to get results on the field and are a part of football operations, not so much the front office.

Some coaches are a man of the people, others are just coaches who want to coach the side. I don't begrudge Sheens for not wanting alot to do with the supporter base, all I expect from him are results, couldn't care less if he doesn't want to pose with me for a photo at a members' day.
