Bosnian coach Mladen Žižović collapsed in the 22nd minute of the game against Mladost.
He lost consciousness right on the sideline and was taken away by ambulance, while the match initially continued.
About 20 minutes later, the referee stopped the game, and players were informed on the pitch that their head coach had died.
For 44-year-old Žižović, it was only his third match in charge of Radnički — during his playing career, Mladen represented the Bosnia national team.
