The 2010 Star League Premiers, Fainty's Tigers, achieved the highest score of the Round this week in WT Forum 1st Grade. The Tigers put The Suns fire out defeating them by 200 points. The Tigers are hitting top form at the right time of the season. The Tigers have moved up to 3rd spot on the ladder because they now have a better for-and-against than Alien's Angels, who fall to 4th spot on the ladder. The Angels did win their match against The Consultants by 21 points. The Suns remain in the Top 8 but may need to win 2 from their last 3 games to make the play-offs. The Consultants may need to win their last 3 games to make the play-offs. Team Schmoo stay on top of the ladder after they defeated the Chrunchy Spartans by 39 points. The Mexican Monkeys defeated the 2008 Star League Premiers, Diggaz Dynasty, by 6 points. Diggaz Dynasty were tipped by many experts to make the WT Forum 1st Grade Finals Series, but Diggaz Dynasty will probably need to win their last 3 games to make the play-offs, and even then will have to rely on other results going their way. The Monkeys are almost certain to make the play-offs. The Tigerpies smashed Aldinga Allstars by 78 points. The win almost guarantees Tigerpies a top 2 spot going into the Finals Series. The Allstars remain 2 points out of the Top 8, and they will probably need to win their last 3 games to make the play-offs. Rivas smashed Greece XIII by 49 points. The win basically cements a Top 8 spot for Rivas. Greece XIII will probably have to win their last 3 games to make the play-offs. Vanilla Gorillas got their first win of the season against Smeghead's "Forced Entry", although it probably wont be enough to save them from relegation at the end of the year. Forced Entry may need to win 2 from their last 3 games to escape relegation. CCW Tigers got their second win of the season over Geo's "I Bleed BW&G", although both sides will need to win their remaining 3 games to avoid relegation.

I just looked at the draw and my remaining 3 games before the Finals Series are tough games!
alien, it's tough just about for everyone, all trying to not lose, win 'em all, juggle player transfers and then if you make it to the top 8, do your best to win the head to head into week 3 of the semis to get that ellusive spot in next year's comps.

Alien's Angels take on the Aldinga Allstars this Round in the Wests Tigers Forum 1st Grade competition. It is a very important game for the Angels who want to finish the season in the Top 4 before the Finals Series. It is a very important game for the Allstars who currently sit 2 points out of the Top 8\. A loss against the Angels will make it very hard for the Allstars to make the Top 8\. Angels coach Alien has named a very strong side.
