Just watched an extended interview on NRL 360 with Tod Payten….gee he came across as an intelligent person who speaks very well….Kimmorly can take a leaf out of his book…he would‘ve been good for us

Todd is very analytical. He built a team to compliment each other & his focus on getting them to gel has been brilliant.

He isn’t afraid to make tough decisions.

If they win it this year will be very interesting how he holds up in 2-3yrs time though.
