That whole scenario was ridiculous, Graham was challenging the penalty and the dufus in the middle just says play on when all the Sharks players had stopped because of the captain’s challenge! Grossly unfair, tap should’ve been pulled back like they do just about every other time when a player tries to take a quick tap. Bloody inconsistent depending on who they want to win.

Was ridiculous because they didn't know the rules.

1 Graham can't challenge a ruck infringement.

2 Therefore there is no Captain's Challenge.

Maybe Morris can read the Peptide Sharkies the rule book in the off season.
