Watching the 2020 Premiers tonight I reckon.

I don’t think so. They are playing the Eels who only just beat us at 5 trys apiece. Eels have gotten the better of the Storm on a number of plays even with one of their main strike weapons injured during the game.

True, however I think they will have more up their sleeve when it counts. They will have to improve their defence though, which certainly ain’t what it used to be.

They will when Finnucane is back for the next game.

Munster’s season over I’d say.

Karma if so. He's a grubby bastard, deserves all he gets.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. - there's a lot grubbier than him out there.

He's a cat in the Billy Slater mould: loves to give it out but not the best at receiving it. Decent player but he's a grub. Goes missing a lot in matches, would be a dud in a rubbish team like ours.

Understand what you are saying - I disagree.

People on here are saying JAC would make a difference to the Tigers you are saying Munster wouldn't???

Really disagree then.

Storm scoring a lot of points but also leaking a lot of points

Olam and Carr have a good combo imagine seeing blokes hit like that defending next to you

Our team could only dream

Who do parra play next

Not a lot to get excited about with what's left. Carn Raiders.

Can’t understand why there is no love for Newcastle! Not a team I dislike for any reason, I’d certainly rather them take it out over all the others that are left, Canberra included. That said, they probably won’t last past today anyway 😂

The days of defensive finals games look shot under the new rules. It has definitively become a game based on possession and taking advantage of attacking opportunities. Defense may win matches but only after 20 odd points have been scored against you.

Agreed.

Not a fan of the high scoring. Nowhere near as good as good defensive, low scoring games. Much more absorbing.

I'm all for high scoring but it would work better if it didn't go to the bunker, kinda kills the fast excitement unfortunately. You need instant points/reward and it will be mega exciting. But yeah you generally need to score mid 20 points at least to win a game these days.

Delay of enjoyment after a try makes me think of video games, you achieve the results you need instant rewarding feeling. It's a big problem.
