You need to take my whole post in context rather than just cherry pick the parts that suit you.
If he is guilty then I agree that he is scum, but he is entitled to his time in court which will hopefully determine whether he is guilty or innocent.
If police have enough evidence to charge then does that make a person already half guilty?
Since when is "half-guilty" a thing?
Guilty as charged or of a lesser charge?
