Learoyd-Lahrs was a machine at his best! He just didn’t play at his best for long haha. Could do some damage on the field though

KG was good on the podcast. He hasn’t been retired all that long but spoke about some players he played with that I’d forgotten all about. Like Learoyd-Lahrs and a few others in the NSW under 18’s.

I caught it too. Never knew KG played junior reps with SBW. TLL was a beast! Very underrated.
It was a good podcast but could have been a lot better. Denan needs to do a bit more research and frame up better questions, at one point he mentioned how we were kicked out in the semis in 2006 and KG had to correct him.

Guru raised some unique opinions. Thinks we’re sacrificing defence for attack with our projected starting centre pair (BJ and Jet). Also though Luciano could be a smoky for the lock position where he could use his ball playing skills a bit more. Reckons Luciano has been one of our best but also worried that Madge has coached the X factor out of him.

He was with our juniors with benji when his contract was up we low balled him at 30k, said had no money. Dogs offered 60k then we matched their offer.

Said he wanted to schoolies sheens talked him out of it.

I didn’t catch whole of Stuart but this was Stuart parra gate basically Stuart got rid of 22 out of 30 roster put it up on a projector players upset especially players been there for years.

We should be thanking Sheens for that. Roberts was useless.
