Three games in and the 6 agains for offside rule has been a complete failure. Needs to be taken out of the game as soon as possible

Refs continually waving their hands for what seems like no reason, fans and players not knowing what's an offside or a ruck Infringement 6 again.

The most obvious of all - teams are abusing it! Eels gave away **THREE offsides in a row to pin broncos in their own end** and instead of a penalty it's only a six again, it's essentially allowing cheating. This rule never looked good on paper and it's looked worse in practise.

Get rid of it PVL, not every rule can be about having the ball in play more that's not how rugby league works you can't eradicate penalties they exist for a reason, teams need relieving penalties at some point

Should only be one six again in a single sequence of play the second offence in the proceeding set of 6 should be a penalty.

There's definitely plenty of ways to fix the rule up because as it is, it's stupid.

Just before Munster scored the first try, there was a 6 again awarded.
I think it was Jayden Sua who did the tackle.
It was a textbook tackle, round the legs perfect example of how your taught as a young lad.
He probably held on for 2 seconds, not even.any less than that and all his team would of been offside.the tackle was barley completed, and storm were awarded a 6 again.
I couldn’t help but think how fast does the NRL want the game, and there is zero reward for a good safe tackle.
Bit of a rant,just something I noticed early on.✌?

And yet, just like our trial match, they give Asofa-Solomona 15mins to get the off-load away.

Yep,noticed that also
Every advantage on the field lays with the attacking side.

Gus Gould said as much in his podcast. The refs seem geared to believe the defending team are deliberately breaking the rules to give themselves time to reset. It's like they don't understand the concept of the 6-again rule, which puts the defenders under alot more pressure, so why would defenders make life harder for themselves.

6 agains in attacking halves.
Will make teams think twice about holding down extra long in the first set off a 7 tackle set to give away another tackle to change the momentum of the game. Teams should get a leg up if the defence is dominating with methods beyond the natural principles in a game.
A penalty after halfway does nothing for a side other than gift another set 15 metres downfield.

What i took out of last nights game is that the Broncos number 7 Brodie Croft is crap .. this player thinks he's better than what he actually is .. dropped the ball attempting to pass the ball to an unmarked player with the line wide open 5m away .. !!

Then on he made a break and two players either side of him in support and choose to throw a dummy and got tackled with the ball .. shocker this bloke.

Slimey Moses missing first half .. then when his team slowly got so forward momentum through the forwards .. Moses then back up his forwards which makes him appear everywhere .. King Gutho is still crap (have no idea how he got selected for SOO). The Slimies number 9 is the player that got them rolling forward .. he's a good organiser ..!!

This game is awful to watch. Both teams gassed early and it's resulted in pretty poor quality football - take notes PVL

Yep that stupid bell is ringing every set.

The balance is wrong. If it was a computer game you'd be going into settings looking for something to fix.

Hmm new rules may be exciting when two of the best teams play but when two ordinary teams are gased for the most part of the game the error rate accelerates and the quality is terrible.

Gee I like Tino as a player. But isn’t it obvious just in this game alone the difference between the storm defensive structures and the Titans and how much a player that leaves that system gets exposed.

Re Titans, and Warriors,-- what a yawn fest! I thought i was watching a Flegg game. Or maybe the standard of play on friday night was just so much quicker?

Jeez fifita looks like he'd rather be on the couch, has contributed nothing today.

Agree, I didn’t think he was on the ground.

Isn’t he on $1m a season?

Nothing has beaten the standard of play since Friday night so far

Clearly those two will be up there abouts

May be biased but I reckon our game will be played at a fast intensity like thursdays...unless it rains
