None of his rules make any sense. He wanted less stoppages but now we stop the game and go back 3 tackles to put players on report. He wanted less penalties and we have penalties for the weakest high contact you can get

Bloke has no idea what he's doing and hasn't consulted anyone before bringing these rules in!
