It will be interesting to see what it ends up at. I’ve looked at all the infringement stats for the games played so far this weekend. Apart from the Dogs/Sharks game where Canterbury overcame a 16-10 penalty deficit to win, penalties and 6 agains were distributed fairly evenly. Though of course there is no way of telling if some of the penalties were just token ones towards the end of a half to make it look even. I know Justin Holbrook was blowing up deluxe about the perceived favouritism of the officials in some of the decisions - no surprises there since they were playing Souths.

It really sucks when teams like the Cowboys & Dragons can suddenly turn around and win 3 or 4 games on the trot while we still battle to put one win together. Looking ominous for the spoon I’m afraid, Dogs may be our only hope of not getting it.

Why can't Tigers go on a run? The Cowboys run includes Tigers and Bulldogs, hardly a magical change in form.

Yea , and if we win we are 2 points out of 8th . It’s round 7 can we all relax . Seeing the draw evolve the way it has should give us hope , not despair. Every team 6th down , is not better than us . Last week proved it . We just need to build confidence , and we can do some things . It has to start today though.

I think the concern is we are certainly not know for going on "winning runs". That has to change and it has to start today if we are to be any hope of the 8 this year.

Yes for sure! It amazes me that teams like the Cowboys and Manly who started the season atrociously can just suddenly turn around and win 3 in a row with ease. We can play better than both of those teams and I’ve no doubt we will have some good wins, but stringing it together for 2 in a row is always a struggle for us for some reason. Our lack of consistency just kills any momentum we could take in a surge towards the finals. It’s really the main reason why we never make it.

They had the "other Sutton" as a ref.Not suprising the way the decisions went
