Anyone know how the Rorters got permission to use a player outside their top 30 (Drew Hutchison) when they have Brock Lamb playing for the Bears.

Sam Verrills (Hooker on the bench) also doesn't appear to be part of their top 30 either.

Because they are roosters not tigers, the NRL are a joke
