Last nights game was a very good case for the NRL to go back to having two referees

One ref misses too many things and it's been happening all year. Two refs makes it a lot harder for them to miss things

They were missing things with two refs. It was also different flows of the game depending who was in charge at the time. Refs will always miss something it’s just footy.

The big miss was the take out of Moses which happened when the play was moving quickly down the field and there was a lot going on. No guarantee that a second ref would have picked it up.

In regards to the whole Moses/Brooks debate and who the better man is. Even if Moses is the better player, he still sucks and will never lead a team to a title.

Maybe they're just the next generation of Jacob Millers or whatever.

They should both be better than what they are.

Most teams move as soon as the ball hits the ground, which seems to be acceptable until you get to the tryline where it then becomes a penalty for offside for some reason.

Most teams move as soon as the ball hits the ground, which seems to be acceptable until you get to the tryline where it then becomes a penalty for offside for some reason.

They get penalised on the try line because they stand with one foot in front of the line when you need both feet on.

I think there is some middle ground on the Moses debate. I think he's gone to a better level but did not force his side into better shape when it needed to be iced. The two plays after he got caught on the fifth tackle are examples - resulted in kick and hope plays easily difused.

He needs to watch more of Melbourne.

If Reed Mahoney wasn't injured, Parramatta win tonight and what is it about Parramatta and neck injuries?

Still laughing about Blake Furguson, what a rort.

That’s on Brad Arthur. He has a fresh will smith on the bench, ray stone is buckling under the pressure and he doesn’t put him in. Rubbish coach.

Will Smith was playing in the centres for most of the game.

He played well but was not error free either.

When the ref abandons the 10 metres and 6 again we have a low scoring game and 2 teams bashing each other. Moses is offside most off the time when defending -can't blame him as it for self preservation.

He's pretty fiesty hey, saw him shape up to opposition Few times lately.
Doesn't back down.

But that being said, have seen him look out for hurt opposition when they're in need...

There is talk (albeit minor) that Arthur might get punted because he’s failed to get Parra past the second week of the finals 3 years in a row. 4 out of 5 years actually when they went out in straight sets in 2017. If we had a coach who got us to week 2, 3 years in a row, we’d re-sign him.

There's something about Brad Arthur....
He doesn't strike me as the most likeable guy.

Parramatta have been in the news this year with callers saying their roster isn't up to scratch and lacks real winners.... compare theirs to ours though, no excuse they shouldn't be in the 8 every year but they're also common chokers...

Personally though, I wouldn't be upset if we placed 9th again. At least. Any sign of improvement is massively needed.

I met a young footy player through work who played against and for Arthur. He implied he was a complete tool until he got in the parra system and was ‘one of the boys’. Didn’t come across as someone you’d want to play for.

Teams are crazy offside all the time, blokes not even playing it and they're already flying rip and they get away with it a lot.
