as for mason he is no way worth 400k now, 200k sounds about right...maybe 225k at the most....

I posted an article on the Storm in the National Rugby League thread, but basically it revolves around the Storm retaining the big 4 in Inglis, Cronk, Smith and Slater and shedding a heap of players to fit under the cap next year and promote the youth they have.

Their is talk that Ryan Hoffman and Anthony Quinn are both looking at UK Super League while the following players could also be up for grabs:

"New Zealand Test prop Jeff Lima had already been granted a release before the salary cap scandal and it is believed Hoffman, Quinn and Kiwis forwards Adam Blair and Sika Manu would also be allowed to leave if they found another club in a bid to help ease the Storm's salary cap burden next season."
