I did see a few training sessions from that SG Ball year and I was surprised at how committed he had them defensively, even at training they were hitting each other hard and concentrating on doing the little things right like getting the attackers on their backs and getting up quick to set their defence,
He doesn't stop talking to them and picks up on every little thing they do wrong, pretty sure he would be running his own defensive drills.
