Saturday night's trial will be the team’s last hit out before tackling Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at Leichhardt Oval on Sunday, March 4, in round 1 of the NYC competition.

Pretty strong side. Looking forward to seeing how they go against the Chooks on Saturday.

Very strong when blokes like santi and passi can't make the run on side, still got sironen to come back aswell.

The 20s team of the last 2 years have had enough talent to win the whole thing but were very dissapointing. Interesting to see how payten this lot as there looks to be a heap of young talent once again

Looks like Jordan Marshall might struggle to get the fullback spot.

I don't think Jordan did too much wrong in the trial last week, but we really seemed to step up a notch when Kurtis Rowe came onto the field. I don't know a great deal about him but was very impressed.

One to watch!

Jordan could have great impact of the bench this year as he his light on his feet, however he has a lot to learn in defense and this is predominantly due to his size. He made a terrible attempt at a one on one tackle which if I recall let to a try.

I don't think it is so surprising who has been named in the forwards and second row.
Paasi may be a strong hitter but his fitness lets him down. He definitely makes a strong impact when on the field but its an 80 minute game so I think the bench is probably a good place for him to come out when the other boys need a break.

Vela and Inosesio had an extremely strong trial against the Eels so they definitely earned their spot. For those who watched the game i'm sure would agree. Inosesio definitely got the crowd going with his tackle in the first half while defending the line.

Nofoaluma also had a great game. Made a lot of breaks in the time he was on. So young, yet so talented.

Gonna be a good game this Saturday.

Santi and Lovett on the bench, surprised me.

Same, they're both highly regarded, but speaking to Payten before Christmas, he said the squad has so much depth in the backrow which is evident so far.

Kurtis Rowe is yet another Australian schoolboy so if he gets the fullback spot it won't surprise.
