It's not 950k and I've never seen josh Reynolds kick goals in his time in first grade

Obviously because he hasn't done so. But he certainly can kick goals and did so in lower grades.

I thought he had kicked a handful of goals in his career in 1st grade?

So did I because I had a memory of seeing him kick goals but I checked NRL stats and it seems not. He did kick in a reserve grade GF so maybe that's what I remembered.

Don't know about goal kicking, bu I'm pretty sure he's kicked a couple of winning field goals for the Dogs in golden point and that's a talent that we could certainly use.

It's all been said, but it bears repeating.
Reynolds is exactly what we need. A fiesty, ultra competitive, win-at-all-costs grub . . . that happens to be a great 5/8\. When he plays at the dogs, I'm sure we all call him a XXXX, but secretly we all would love him in a WT jumper.
Add Matulino, McQueen, and possibly Malakia Zelezniak. MZ is a great prospect. Strongly built and has pace.
2 weeks ago we were all crying into our beers over the folorn future of our beloved club.
All hail Ivan !!!!!

PS: Cultured bogan . . . . mate, can you please change your avatar ? Every time I look at it, I can't help but say "Giggity"

Reynolds would not be my first choice, but for the first time in many years, i implicitly trust the coach to be making these decisions and I certainly bow to his better judgement.

Time will tell, but im hopeful.

Welcome aboard, Josh. Take a ticket and sit on the bus.

I think we have signed Reynolds to play hooker.
Used to be one, suits his play style better.
Don't be surprised if this is the case.

We heard it first here!

I'm with Geo here, I'd be gobsmacked with
a) Liddle's new contract
b) MMc's form
c) Our confirmed loss of current 5/8th
d) lack of halves depth
e) Reynolds very likely desire to play halves, not leave to be put at hooker (he doesn't get played at hooker at the Dogs, for example)

if we signed him on as hooker.

You couldn't see my tongue firmly in my cheek. Under no circumstances do I believe Reynolds will be playing Hooker for the very reasons you have outlined. It'd be a scoop though.

That's what I'm thinking too.

Would be a braindead decision. McIlwrick has been fantastic, he deserves an extension. Him and Liddle have been working well in tandem, should leave them be.

So what are we gonna do with the other 15 Hookers we have in the team ?

Ballin
Liddle

I think you are miles off the mark

Cleary is not that dumb !
Why spend money on another hooker when you have 2 going young ones doing exceptionally well

Given that the club is a basket case which lead to the overrated 3 leaving, I am surprised his best friend Woods did not warn him about signing

I wonder if Reynolds will be boo'd this weekend

Then could you imagine the Dogs management releasing a statement not to boo their players

They'd be riots at Belmore !

He didnt Dog the club
The club let him down by trying to offer him close to nothing to remain a Dog
Its a real shame honestly and i feel sorry for him . He bleeds blue and white.

Now we will need a transfusion to make him bleed our colours

There is NO way he should be booed..

And we're official

Wests Tigers sign Josh Reynolds

Wests Tigers are pleased to announce that Josh Reynolds will be joining the Club for the 2018 NRL season.

The new four-year agreement will see the talented five-eighth join Wests Tigers until at least the end of the 2021 NRL season.

Reynolds has played 129 first-grade games for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs since his NRL debut in 2011, making his representative debut for New South Wales in Game II in the 2013 State of Origin series before going on to feature in all three games of the Blues’ successful 2014 Origin series.

Wests Tigers Head Coach Ivan Cleary said that he looked forward to working with Reynolds over the coming seasons.

“Josh has proven himself time and time again to be an incredibly competitive and passionate player and we look forward to him bringing that attitude to the club,” said Cleary. “He’s going to bring to Wests Tigers a wealth of experience having being a part finals, Grand Finals and State of Origin series.

“We’re confident that the best is yet to come for Josh and look forward to him taking his game to the next level here,” he said. “I’m sure he’s going to make a significant contribution to Wests Tigers reaching its potential.”

Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe said that he looked forward to welcoming Reynolds to the club at the end of the year.

“Josh is a ferocious competitor and I can’t wait to see him pull on a Wests Tigers jersey next season,” said Pascoe. “He comes to this club with a wealth of experience having being a part of a successful Bulldogs side and also a part of a winning New South Wales State of Origin campaign.

“I’m sure Wests Tigers Members and fans will find his enthusiasm and passion for the game infectious and he’ll quickly become a fan favourite,” he said.

The 28-year-old will join Wests Tigers for the start of the 2018 pre-season.

Oh I was supporting your sly remark, in relation to Majere's comments.
