Mbye is no marquee. He is another player that’s never lived up to the hype around him
Mbye will delivery under Cleary has the skills and speed just needs an astute coach to bring it out!

If Woods joins Parra he would be joining the real Moses who has never lived up to the hype around him.

Sometimes you don't get what you want.

He is such a tryhard fake… Reminds me of that union tosser with the red bandana
@ said:Personally think this is a great signing. Mbye has proven to be an average half but looks extremely promising at fullback. Absolutely dangerous when he runs, can ball play due to his time in the halves, and provides a solid third kicking option. And he also kick goals. Basically everything we've been looking for in one player.
The only sticking point is price. If his contract is 950k for the next few years and Dogs are only paying 250k then we're paying 700k which is marquee money. Would've been very happy if it were 600k but 700 seems like overs. Still an awesome signing though!
Curious to know how much we're paying in his third year since his contract won't be subsidised…

As they have been chasing a fullback, and his shift to fullback has shown that he’s a vey good one,…...and we don’t have a really good one with loads of speed, is there a slight chance that he could just maybe play Fullback,
I know it’s a long shot, but my money’s on that
@ said:@ said:Hmm I don’t know how to feel about this… to me his best position is a running 5/8, and I can only assume we’re getting him to play fullback. I see similarities to the signing of Lolohea, albeit Mbye has a bit more talent. Hopefully it works out, and I love that the dogs will be paying part of his salary.
That's an uninformed comment. He definitely doesn't have more talent but, I concede, he is in better form.
