Official Team to take on the Newcastle Knights

Josh Reynolds’s unfortunate start to his Wests Tigers career could go from bad to worse with the five-eighth potentially facing at least a month on the sidelines.
>
NRL.com understands Reynolds picked up a shoulder injury in his first game for the club against Manly at Lottoland on Sunday and the former Bulldog now faces a race against the clock to return in time for the clash against his old club in round 12.
>
Reynolds appeared on NRL.com’s Inside the NRL on Monday and did not indicate he would be unavailable for the Tigers against the Newcastle Knights in Tamworth on Saturday.
>
However, scans have revealed further damage to the shoulder injury he picked up while defending in the middle of the field at hooker against the Sea Eagles.
>
Reynolds missed the club’s opening five games of the season after picking up a hamstring injury on the eve of the opening game of the year, however the latest setback could mean he misses up to six weeks.

I guess one good thing with the constant changes is we have a handful of players coming in fresh just about every week! Lol.

do not take the knights lightly - wests tigers - otherwise you will end up on the wrong side of the scoreline.

Dear Newcastle Knights

Do not take the Wests Tigers lightly…otherwise they will put 50 on you...

Rochow was also in a moonboot after the Manly game....precautionary...may see McQueen get a run..

Red Cordial to that

Well it's obvious that Ivan wants a Utility or a back Hooker on our bench #14 with Godinet playing there this week , i would of preferred Matt there instead .
Lawrence is a loss been in great form and Grub can't take a trick .
E.T massive plus .

Hmm, suspected Lawrence would miss this week but Reynolds is a surprise. Taylor back is a boost though.

If Taylor wasn't right to go Rowdy could have played. .

It's great we have the depth to replace players carrying even slight injury…

Looking forward to see how Aloiai goes playing bigger minutes on an edge....

I think Aloiai will go well, he's playing with confidence and the way he's hitting the line, should prove a handful.

One out, one back in, two out, two back in. Oh well I guess it takes away the selection headaches for Ivan.

Only seven weeks in and we've certainly had some injury issues already this season, but you can really see the difference with our depth this time around - still competitive, still winning! - despite losing key players. Recruitment last year and during the off season was fantastic!

Rowdy a big loss but our depth is good.

Would prefer that Grant or McQeen come on to the bench instead of Godinet. Taylor can then be used as the back up for Liddle with Matt E or McQueen coming into the lock role, depending upon the rotation.

Lawrence is a huge loss for us. His hole running off Brooks and rushing defence has been outstanding. Reynolds is no loss currently he is not our best back up hooker.
ET is a big inclusion will help out the front rowers in defence helping our go forward.
I don’t like Aloai on an edge he dominated in the middle id prefer he starts at prop again. Bring in MCK on an edge and McQueen on the bench. That said Ivan knows best.

Agree. Do we have anyone coming in that does the good things that Lawrence has been doing?
ET does a bit of ball playing, but doesn't hit the holes like Lawrence.
ET's defence is good and tireless but it's more cleaning up than hitting hard.
Lawrence out will be a loss for our dominance. We need someone going hard.

I'm sure Ivan knows best, but given we are 4 points up on 6th place, I would have thought it was worth taking a risk on Gamble as the fill in dh/utility.

Go tigers!

I think Chee Kam would be the best option to replace Lawrence. Been making some good hard runs when coming on this year.
