One good thing

The board, the coach and the interim CEO- they all seem to be on the same page.

Whether the decision to get rid of Farah is debatable, I don't think there is a right or wrong answer. It's a massive gamble.

However, I like the pattern. They have a goal to improve the salary cap situation and by recent squad it looks like we are. Blair, Austin, Moltzen, Farah, Koroibete, Benji- one thing in common between them was that the money they were on didn't equate to their on field performances.

They're all together in this- it's the club first, others later. We've needed this unity higher up forever and I'm glad, it's finally happened.

Prepare for even more backlash but luckily finals coming soon so all the drama will be over soon.

The other positive is no one saw this coming. Those leaks seemed to have been fixed.

The lack of injuries this year compared to previous years and Lawrence move to second row.

That's actually depressing.

Fixed our rehab unit and we're worse off performance wise.

damn yeah, I suppose there has been a few positives then.

The S&C has been outstanding, I looked at the injury list at NRL.com….......could not believe it for us, with none at this time of year too.

Except the leak that leaked this to the media, thus catching WT off guard before they could officially release the news and therefore do so with dignity preserving the respect they probably really intended to demonstrate.

Leak likely from robbie's camp.

Ayoub needs to drum up publicity, so why not let the whole world know he has a player for sale.

So when do you think they intended to do it NT? After our last home game so the fans that did appreciate Robbie would not have any opportunity to farewell him in the manner he deserves.Or maybe when we replace Mayer cause no one had the decency or the courage to tell him he was not in their plans and hence leaving him no options now to be picked up by another NRL club. Yes the club really intended to do this with great respect to Robbie - epic fail. The real irony will be if some smart club picks him up for a bargain, while Robbie exacts the best revenge on the field - against us with a successful professional outfit, while we pay him to do it. Sorry, regardless of whether you think this a good decision or not, the Tigers have once again stuffed things up.

Look if WT got wind that Farah was already in talks with Souths, they may have been planning some kind of release media to account for that. The media leak caught them off guard, Farah's deal with Souths falls through and WT has to ad-lib at short notice. Farah is not a victim in this but a driver.
A better question would be when was Robbie planning to announce his planned move to Souths?
