Sharing a ground at Liverpool with the Bulldogs...no thanks, would rather see Campbelltown ripped down and rebuilt. The space at the ground is there to comfortably make it a 25000-30000 seat stadium.

Cambo is a hole and no one gives us money from that area

The livo mayor has previously stated his interest in a team playing there . Liverpool is our region . Livo Saints play out of that complex , and there’s plenty of other teams nearby who play in the Wests junior district .
Also train access is right there , admittedly a bit of a walk , and it’s a growth area . People are saying we should invest in the area , and move there , whilst also saying the cambo region doesn’t give 2 tosses .
I don’t see how this isn’t a great option .
It’s also much closer to concord . And doesn’t have the “ends of the earth” feeling that campbo still , and always will , has .

I agree with this move completely. It would benefit both sides but at the end of the day it’s obvious the NRL would prefer they merge or one of these clubs end. Unfortunately for the NRL they are two of the most profitable operations in the NRL Wests and Canterbury Legaues.

If it gets us playing out of one ‘home ground’ instead of 10 then I’m all for it. Our nomadic existence has been a major contributor to our inconsistency, imo.

I kinda like our nomadic existence spud. I’m thinking maybe a name change ! West’s Nomads sounds good.

The multi home ground philosophy was always going to bite them ..I am not worrying about going to Liverpool as I will be in Rockwood a long time before that happens .

Mate we have had 4 or 5 home grounds over the years and we currently share one with the slimes which is really just their old home ground revamped. Leichhardt & Campbelltown give us zero advantage when we actually play there. I’d gladly welcome just one home ground and I’m not opposed to sharing it with fellow strugglers the Dogs. The move may actually keep us in the competition!

If Liverpool ever happens mark my words, membership and support will dive and 10 years after the Bulldogs will takeover the Wests Tigers with the full support of the NRL. The NRL will force it by withdrawal of the Wests Tigers NRL license, stating lack of support for the club as the reason.

Uhh no it isn’t. Where the stadium would be, on the corner of Hoxton Park road and the Hume Highway, that’s in Tiger territory. Dogs territory starts when you go over the bridge on Newbridge road, down towards Mororebank.

Just improve the access to Leichhardt Oval and play all home games there. Lidcombe Oval and Pratten Park are out, so that just leaves Leichhardt. Get it done.
